The Fundamental Success Habit That Will Change Your Life

Knowing your WHY.

A few weeks ago I talked to you about how to reach your goals- and in order to do that you must figure out why you want to reach it. However, we didn’t dive deep enough into your WHY.

We talked about turning your “shoulds” into “MUST” and the importance of knowing your outcome, however, all of that is good until something happens that puts you back onto your old path.

So here is an exercise that you can use for yourself, one of which I borrowed from his New York Times best-selling book called,  “Millionaire Success Habits” by Dean Graziosi.

 

 

I encourage you to grab a friend, your partner or even someone random on Social Media and ask them to go through this exercise with you. It can even be someone from the community that I built for you!

The purpose of this is to figure out (from your heart) why you want what you want.

Most of the time we come up with reasons from our head.

For example:

“I want to have an organized home”

Head answer “Because my house is a disaster”

Heart answer “Because I want to be happy. And I know that when my home is organized, then I am happy. It improves my relationships, my happiness, my stress levels are down- life is so much better.”

 

Will having an organized home really make you happy? Why will it make you happy? Why do you want to be happy? Why aren’t you happy already?

If you don’t know the answers to these questions, do you think you will actually do what it takes to reach your goal? Probably not.

 

So, what is the ONE biggest goal you have for yourself?
